St Mary's Catholic Primary is a 'Good' school... Pupils' progress and achievement are now good... Standards in English and mathematics at the end of Year 6 are above average... Good provision in EYFS mean children settle quickly and make good progress...97% attendance....


The Governing Body has two key roles within the school:

– We set the strategic direction of the school to raise standards, ensure ongoing improvement, and to secure the Catholic character of the school;

– We monitor and evaluate the school’s performance providing support and challenge for standards and effectiveness as a Catholic school.
